- Payment Information: Billing details processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.

3. SMS and Mobile Information
Roster App ("we", "us") operates an SMS messaging program to provide customer care communications directly to our customers. When you text a Roster App phone number, you are communicating with Roster App. Roster App sends and receives all SMS messages — including appointment scheduling confirmations, reminders, rescheduling responses, and customer care replies. Roster App is the sole sender and operator of all messages in this program.
Opt-In: You opt in to receive SMS messages from Roster App by sending an initial text message to a Roster App phone number. Roster App phone numbers are published on our website at https://userosterapp.com, on business cards, signage, and social media profiles. By sending a text message to a Roster App number, you consent to receive customer care SMS messages from Roster App. Upon your first message, you will receive a confirmation: "Thank you for your message to Roster App! We will be with you shortly. Msg freq may vary. Std msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We will not share or sell your mobile information for marketing/promotional purposes." Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Roster App at any time by replying STOP to any message. Upon receiving a STOP request, we will send a final confirmation: "Roster App: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages." No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in by texting START or YES.
Help: You may reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive: "Roster App: Please reach out to us at support@userosterapp.com or visit userosterapp.com for help."
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and appointment scheduling needs.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Roster App is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Mobile Information Sharing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through the Service.
Supported Carriers: The Service is compatible with most major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carrier coverage may vary.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service Providers: Third-party companies that help us operate the Service, including Telnyx (SMS/voice), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (infrastructure), and Anthropic (AI processing).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at support@userosterapp.com.
